Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

Cauliflower

olive oil

Soy sauce

Chilli flakes

Method

Using a box grater grate the Cauliflower

​

Drain any excess moisture with a tea towel or kitchen roll

​

Lightly heat the olive oil in a wok 

​

Add the grated Cauliflower and seasoning

​

Gently fry for 6-8 minutes stirring regularly

​

Plate, add any other seasoning to taste and enjoy
